Mailnib runs this email design service and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@mailbuilder.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Workspace content: the designs, images, brand settings and templates you create or upload.
- Billing details: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Technical data: sign-in times, IP addresses and error logs that keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
We use this data to provide the service you signed up for, to keep accounts secure, to take payment for paid plans and to answer your questions. We do not sell personal data.
Recipients of your emails
Mailnib does not send your campaigns, so we do not receive or store your subscriber lists. Test emails go only to addresses you have confirmed.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery of account messages and payment processing. They act on our instructions and only receive what they need.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to some uses of it. Contact us at support@mailbuilder.com to make a request.
